Nestled in Appley Bridge, "The Gasket" is a charming coffee shop that perfectly caters to both locals and travelers alike. Reviews consistently highlight the café's friendly atmosphere, with many noting the warm welcome from owner Lee. The cozy, rustic interior creates an inviting vibe, making it an ideal stop for anyone, especially bikers looking for a delicious pitstop. Customers rave about the quality of the food and drinks. The selection of hot beverages, including smooth lattes and rich mochas, complements the limited yet excellent food menu. Delightful paninis, like the cheese and ham variety, receive special mentions alongside the scrumptious homemade cakes—the star of the show for many visitors. Although some reviews hint at occasional service delays due to a singular staff member, the delightful experience seems to outweigh this minor inconvenience. Cleanliness, ample seating, and sufficient parking make "The Gasket" a fantastic spot whether you're on a casual outing or a quick break from the road. Overall, this hidden gem promises not just great coffee but a welcoming community spirit that keeps customers coming back for more. Highly recommended for both cafe lovers and casual diners!

Took my father this morning for a brew and a bacon panini. Great service and great food. 1st time we’d been but it won’t be the last .

Great place. Good place for bikers with a good atmosphere. Sadly they had run out of bacon but I had a very nice cheese and ham panini and a latte

Called in for a cake and a coffee. The lady owner was really polite and welcoming. The first thing we noticed was how spotlessly clean this cafe is and seating is comfortable with easy disabled access. There's ample parking for bikes & cars and is an ideal meeting place for anyone heading for a run out being only half a mile from M6 J27. The food though limited is excellent quality and the cakes are to die for. If you're not a petrolhead don't be put off, you'll be most welcome. Try it, you'll like it.

What a cute little cafe, would easily go in noticed. What you see is what you get but it is cosey and rustic to set a lovley atmosphere. Service can be slow as there was only 1 lady serving. Coffee was so tasty and smooth, highly recommended. Cakes seemed home made also.

I was made to feel very welcome by Lee, he took time to chat about life, bikes and of course the tasty food on offer. Decent paninis and coffee at reasonable prices. The outside is well suited for bikes to park up off the road and Google maps takes you straight there. I'll deffo be returning when I'm free again. Thanks from John D

Really nice, unusual venue; basically a modded shipping container! Nice range of snacks and drinks, friendly service and clearly established as a favourite place for a stop off for local bikers. Absolutely loved it, and also being asked by one of the other motorcyclists to move my bike as the chrome tank was blinding him in the brilliant sunshine! A great place for a break, although all the customers there when I visited were motorcyclists I noticed that there were racks for pedal bikes and provision for dogs too. Oh, and the flapjacks are delicious!
